Sizing John wins Cheltenham Gold Cup:
'Beginner's luck' for Jessica Harrington
By Frank Keogh
BBC Sport at Cheltenham.  From the sectionHorse Racing

“One woman made headlines before the race, but it was another who celebrated victory in the 2017 Cheltenham Gold Cup.

"Beginner's luck," joked Jessica Harrington, a distinguished trainer whose first runner in the famous race - 7-1 chance Sizing John - triumphed in a dramatic renewal.

JMC: We have this race meeting every year. Ask Nicky Henderson about his father Johnny Henderson, what was he like as a dad?  What was he like as a man? What sort of people did he work with everyday?  Why did he bother to get together a team of various other people to help him build this racecourse? What objective did he have to take on this task in the first place?
JMC: The two extremes we have seen this week on our TV screens. Huge gatherings of people. One facing a cruel lingering death through starvation and neglect. The other having a week’s holiday at the Cheltenham Festival 2017. Our world today as we know it is out of control. Heading fast in the wrong direction every day that passes. Ask Alan King what it was like working with David Nicholson every day. Please note "working with?" not " work for".

Ask Alan King what it was like to work with David Nicholson everyday?

Alan King (born 1966) is a British racehorse trainer specialising mainly in National Hunt racing. He is based at Barbury Castle stables near Wroughton, Wiltshire.

Scotland's future: What are Theresa May's options?

Theresa May hails 'defining Brexit moment'

JMC: Tory government certainly know how to help themselves to
all our hard earn Tax Return Money.  But are we being taken for a dishonest fob- off ride? They certainly know how to ensure they get top-whack pay to

suite only themselves, No matter what mistakes they make, or how much of our money they fritter away for themselves in the mean time.

Tory Draconian Out of Date Working Practices are not acceptable in 2017, as
neither were they acceptable in 1950. What is termed to be "The Establishment .... whatever that is supposed to mean. "Bully Boy Thugs? " Who needs them? No one. End of story. How come that Theresa May was able to sack Lord Heseltine? Dirty play?  Below the belt? Or what? Perhaps she can tell us herself?

David Cameron Tory PM and George Osborne MP were falling over themselves in their haste to get “The House of Lords “” chucked on their rubbish dump.

It was these two men who gave the British people such a badly planned lead into Brexit in the first place. The question is how did David Cameron ever get to be prime minister in the first place?

Why should any British Tax payer have to provide the money to keep either of them to live in luxury for the rest of their lives?
