BBC2: 11.00am Live: Andrew Neil presents Conservative Conference Special.
Andrew attempts to take a much closer look at what is going on here, he talks to Minister for Health Jeremy Hunt MP.   But where is Hunt’s female counterpart?  If ever a job called out for the compassion, nurture and protection of female healing touch this is it.  At present could he ask his wife to stand in to bring a true balance in this red alert emergency area?  It could be said that a government post such as this should not and could not be achieved within a true balanced government focus without that female touch. No word about the Conservative Minimum Wage Trap Scam estimated to be imprisoning 70 per cent of UK people. Plenty of ” Well - Polished -Fob-Off- Lip -Service  Pie-In-The –Sky” waffle which you would need a tank to  stop. A highly disturbing heartless Conservative plot in process. Totally off the radar, no good to man or beast.

Tom O Ryan brings news:

“Toast team on high ahead of Breeders’ Cup tilt .

“JAMIE OSBORNE who is planning to follow the “Aiden O’Brien route” of galloping his Breeders’ Cup Classic hope Toast Of New York at Southwell before taking him to  Santa Anita, gave the colours of owner Michael Buckley a successful airing  when  High On Life ran away with the feature race as he took yet another leap up the handicap ladder.

“I said to Michael early in the year that once this horse wins his maiden we’ll trade him on. He was rated 73 at the time. Now, five wins later he’s winning off 96 . It shows what I know!” joked Osborne after seeing Adam Kirby steer the three-year-old to a length-and-a-half success for a first prize of more than £28,000.

“Referring to Toast Of New York, Osborne said: “He’s going to go for The Breeders’ Cup Classic. It’ll be a tough race but he deserves to take his chance. I’ll take a leaf out of Aidan’s book and give him a gallop at Southwell, probably the week after next. I could be short of pacemakers for him though!”

“Elm Park in Derby picture for Balding.”

IN A poignant victory from the Balding family two days after the death of training great Toby, Elm Park announced himself as a Derby prospect with success in the Juddmonte Royal Lodge Stakes. .

“Trained by Andrew Balding and bred by his mother Emma, the winner is the latest from Kingclere Stud to be purchased by Sheikh Fahad Al Thani.

“Side Glance, recruited from the same source, has won more than £1.6 million for Pearl Bloodstock, and Elm Park rewarded the sheikh’s other racing arm Qatar Racing,  who share the colt with Kingsclere Racing Club to the end of the season, with a strong finish to collar and pass Nafaqa in the Group 2 contest.

“As highly as Balding rates Elm Park, he was grateful he listened to his staff before supplementing the colt to yesterday’s race over a mile.

“He put in a very moderate bit of work last week just after Sheikh Fahad bought him and we were going to supplement,” he said. “Luckily Neil Chalmers rode him and the visibility was about ten yards due to fog, He felt it was because of the fog and thank God I listened to him and not my own instinct. The ground was a little quick for him but once he met the rising ground he was catching them. “

“Balding also trained the winner’s sire Phoenix Reach, who won nearly £2m with wins in the Canadian International, Hong Kong Vase and Dubai Sheema Classic, and he added: “His dad was a star and is a very underrated stallion. I think he is every bit as good as his dad, so I hope he wins as much prize- money.

“He’s in the Racing Post Trophy. We’ll discuss it with Sheikh Fahad and the rest of the team and there’s every chance he could go for it.

“Elm Park is 33-1 with Paddy Power for the Derby and as low as 20-1 with other firms. Balding added: “I think he’s a Derby prospect. The Royal Lodge winner every year is worthy of consideration. Will it be the French Derby or English Derby? There’s a lot of water to go under the bridge. “ Gorgeous pic.

‘Hard done by’ De Sousa calls for review of whip rules. "

“AN AGGRIEVED Silvestre de Sousa claims he has been unfairly punished with a two-day ban for hitting a horse when clearly winning, a punishment that resulted in a lengthy totting-up sentence.

“His fifth whip offence of the year, imposed after he won the Mill Reef Stakes on Toocoolforschool , triggered a referral to the BHA disciplinary panel, which last Thursday issued a suspension of 21 days (seven of which were deferred) , ruling him out of British Champions Weekend.

“It has been a testing period for De Sousa, who has had a share in the Godolphin rides this summer. He is also a risk to being put on the forfeit list in Dubai over a demand for £200,000 costs following an appeal against another riding ban. Toocoolforschool made all to win at Newbury by seven lengths and was struck six times as he stretched clear.
“I think no common sense was shown at all,” said De Sousa, who picked up another two day last Wednesday for not riding out for fourth place.
“What are we meet to do on a horse on soft ground when you’re making the running? I was just trying to keep him going forward, as he was looking around. If I’d dropped my hands I could have got cought on the line and got done.

“”I think I was hard done by. I have seen other jockeys hit horses ten times, get two days and not win. I hit a horse five times in a Group 2 and they have done me for one hit over that, which leads to 14 days totting up. I think it’s discrimination. Your not meant to be looking around in a six-furlong race. I knew I was close to totting up. The rules should be reviewed.”
“As it was the second year running he has been referred for whip misuse and it has taken him less time and fewer rides, the disciplinary panel said his mitigation evidence was “extinguished”.
“However, Toocoolforschool’s trainer Karl Burke said the sentence was harsh. “There’s a limit of smacks and if he’d gone over that I could fully understand it, but he was underneath the permitted amount.
“It was a two- year- old who had cheekpieces on because he’s a little spooky. I said to Silvestre to commit early and really go for him, and that’s the way he rode him. He actually put his stick down inside the final furlong and then gave him one more flick just to make sure he got home.
“If that’s the ride that triggered his 21 days, then it’s harsh. “

British political, legal, financial, racecourse and horseracing government do not allow true bloodhorse literate whip rules. Instead in Britain we have bloodhorse illiterate fake, scam whip rules that have been in place since October 2011 a placement made in error by government employee Paul Bittar.  An abuse burdened upon the racehorses themselves and the people who work with the racehorses every day and the jockeys-riders who partner the racehorses in competition on racetracks around the world every day
Veterinary, RSPCA and handymen personnel are what they say they are, they are not true horsemen,. and have absolutely no right to take a job that is beyond their scope, specifically to prepare New Whip Rules for British Horseracing.

It is the horse that shows the jockey-rider when a response such as the use of the whip needs to come into play, not government impostors sitting down indoors.

‘Hard done by’ De Sousa calls for review of whip rules" .

Absolutely.  De Sousa has every right to kick this government error out. De Sousa sets out exactly what has happened clearly, and no way can such as this be ignored it is a very serious miscarriage of justice indeed and not only in this country, but around the world.

It is a Criminal Act to collude with others to exploit young blooodhorse literate achievers careers in the saddle in anyway, financial or otherwise. A government found to be colluding with others to deliberately deceive other people are committing a Criminal Act.
