It could be said that British horseracing is being regulated by novice regulators (learners)  (bloodhorse illiterate learners) 
 
There is a great deal of difference between an experienced chaser and a novice chaser's ability for starters.
 
To drop the word 'novice'  out of the key title of a race is a bloodhorse illiterate irresponsible misleading title for all racegoers, true horsemen and  punters alike. To include the horses.
 
Key factual issues directly responsible pre - making such a bet.
