MINDSET ... THEORY ... PRACTICE ... TIMELINE ...
JMC: Mr David Cameron seen out and about this week
(Monday May 25, to  Sunday May 31)
Cameron chasing an answer to the EU problems that he believes the British people have, relating to remaining in the EU, or leaving the EU at a much later date. (Years) At present Cameron is hiding the true facts, his reason, for his EU doubts, from the British people. Cameron's aim, he does tell us however, is to get the British electorate to vote on his findings.  Looks like at present Cameron intends to order the British electorate to vote at a much later date, for remaining in the EU, or for getting out of the EU. Cameron intends to lead the British electorate blind into his proposed EU Referendum to vote one way or the other. When does Cameron intend to publish his EU findings to the British electorate? Or does Cameron intend to lead the British electorate to vote blind?

The Big Questions
BBC1. 10.00am to 11.00am
Live topical debate chaired by

JMC: Nicky Campbell, a moral debate that askes, "is God  the problem" from Wychwood School in Oxford . "is God  the problem" .   Or is the problem linked-joined-up to how God is perceived to be by each different person? You don’t teach any living creature anything by using fear as the big stick to punish and condemn. God talks about forgiveness, in the Bible not punishment. Has or is God’s name being used to punish people?

The Church of England

Has or is God’s name being used to punish people? To conform with a sick British social structure.
A racehorse in training, if punished all the time will not see a racecourse, or challenge to win any race, he will end up like Blushing ET muddled, confused, his life broken smashed up through “Bloodhorse Illiteracy” .  This is a massive subject.

FAILED LOCAL BRITISH COUNTY COUNCILS: 7 DECADES OF HOUSING CRISIS BURDENED UPON WORKING FAMILIES.
A massive problem, for masses of people. Housing Associations Rent to Buy Deals suggested. But will this idea get bogged down in Local County Council Theory, to never see the light of day ever again?

NATIONAL HEALTH GOVERNMENT THEORIES NOT WORKING OUT IN PRACTICE LEFT ONGOING OVER 7 DECADES.
Mr David Cameron at present engaged in the theory of a wild goose chase, wasting tax payers money over EU practical matters.
HIGHLY NEGLIGENT LOCAL COUNTY COUNSIL THEORY: THE MASSIVE 7 DECADE GOVERNMENT PRACTICAL LET DOWN.

LOCAL COUNTY COUNCIL DOCTOR TRUE CARING PROVISION  BOTH IN THEORY AND IN PRACTICE NEEDED IN PEOPLE'S OWN HOME'S
JMC: Cutting out the lot of the present Cameron EU theory gallop, that is wasting tax payer’s money and time. No one can fail to recognise how the world has changed over the last 100 years. The travelling options available by air, sea, road, railway, the internet etc, each helping to make the world seem a smaller but better place. To aim to build a European Trade organisation or a Global Trade organisation an EU Treaty has been drawn up to which Britain has already signed and agreed to. Now when all the British workers have had 7 decades of shocking government abuse, all of a sudden Cameron objects to the basic principles that he has signed up to belong to.” A Fair Trade Treaty” to allow fair and free trade among all the other countries of which Britain is just one.  Cameron’s present, dishonest prank throws a spanner of lengthy delay tactics into the mix. The only way forward for traders is a practical one, the need to work together to attempt to build a peaceful practical trade organisation that can help the young ones growing up at present get the chance to have a decent life. Cameron is a theory man. He has children of his own, he should care about their lives, if no one else’s.

NTF chief warns of stable staff shortage
“CONCERNS about the ability of enough sufficiently skilled stable staff have spurred the National Trainers Federation to take action to address an issue that could impede the British political, legal and horseracing government (BHA) industry growth stratergy.
“Staff shortages in some areas during the winter prompted NTF chief executive Rupert Arnold to prioritise the issue.
“A meeting last month, attended by government director of people and development Carole Goldsmith, trainers and industry training providers, led to a plan of action and a survey of trainers’ experience of staff shortages.
“Arnold said: “December 2014 to March this year was very tough on some trainers and people working for them because there just weren’t enough people around.
“That has acted as a catalyst for us to have another look at recruitment. The fact that recruiting from outside the EU is no longer available to us. And the political situation means it will be an uphill struggle to get that back in a meaningful way- means we’ve got to get very serious about competing in the domestic market for young people. “ He added: “It [the survey] is getting down into some of the detail of the experience trainers have with the shortage. If it’s localised or if it’s widespread, if it’s larger or smaller trainers, Jumps or Flat, those sorts of things.
“It repeats some of the questions we did in a survey about ten years ago and will help to give more of a picture about how things have changed. “

“Arnold said other areas being examined included improving employment practices, using open days as a recruitment tool, building capacity to recruit from Europe and generally getting trainers more involved in the recruitment effort.

“He said: “A lot of the effort has focused on the British political, legal and horseracing government in the past. I think the NTF and employers need to get into this more and take some of the responsibility. “
“ Arnold also believes work needs to be done on long-term career advice and training, saying: “Once we get people in we want to keep them. “
“Arnold estimated the sport needed around an extra 1,000 staff but had only meagre recruitment resources with current spending of just £43,000 per year. And he warned if the government growth strategy were to work the industry needed the staff to service any expansion.
“He added: “If the growth strategy is to come about we need more people to look after the horses, take horses racing and support fixtures, so this is pretty critical to that as well. “
JMC: The bloodhorse illiterate British political, legal, and horseracing government, need to recognise top professional handler-riders, these people are not grooms. You don’t see Coolmore - Team (Aidan) O’Brien cutting cheap corners where true bloodhorse literate horsemen are required.
