What happened here was due to “British and Global Bloodhorse Illiterate Horseracing
Rules” left ongoing over the last 7 decades. Anything and all things relating
to “Bloodhorse Illiterate Horseracing Rules” are “Highly Dangerous”, they can
either “Kill or Seriously Injure Others,” as happened here. In what should be “Chalked
Up” to mean “Global Killer Interference Zone”. When horses are competing their
rider – partners need to concentrate carefully to ensure that they do not race all huddled up close together. If they do, they need to be called, reminded as to the possible consequences of such actions. A word of warning to all rider-jockeys as they leave the weighing room, should be enough. Preferably by someone who has achieved " True Bloodhorse Literacy Themselves." Someone like CH4 Mick Fitzgerald.

A big change of attitude- culture needed from government to include
their lawyers who need to learn that they can’t expect or demand to have top
working forces up and running throughout the country when they don’t bother to
allow people a decent wage, a decent place to live, and a decent life style. There
is no balanced law that includes the daily rights and needs of the female of
the species. You don’t see horseracing trainers with a string of starving
racehorses turned out in a filthy field.
