FOR a "Bloodhorse Illiterate Steward "To just hit out and guess how to punish a jockey riding in a different country with a 15 day ban, or a 30 day ban without the appropriate facts to hand, or any pre - warning of what the "The Bloodhorse Literate Interference Rules are is more than unreasonable.
Britain's Horseracing Rules do not include the highly dangerous "Bloodhorse Literate Interference Rules" . "A Bloodhorse Illiterate Steward" would not be able to define a "Bloodhorse Literate Interference Rule Error, or be able to trace the true cause" .
Bloodhorse Literate Stewards (if there are any) need to provide every Foreign rider competing in their country with "Their Horseracing Rules. "
Bloodhorse Literate Interference Rules can save death and serious injury.
