HORSERACING’S POLITICAL AGENDA.
RACHEL HOOD says “I am out of
racing politics now, these words mark the end of an era. "
“It’s not that I am no longer
still interested, I’ve obviously got some experience and I’m very keen for
racing to flourish. You can only deal with things that are thrown your way.
“One of those is the improved relationship between
horsemen and racecourses, When Hood took over as ROA president the atmosphere
between The Horsemen’s Group and the Racecourse Association was rancorous,
fuelled by the HG’s tariffs policy."
JMC: You can't have a "Global or British Bloodhorse Illiterate Horseman’s Group”. As neither can you have a “Global or British Bloodhorse Illiterate Owners Association” As neither can you have a Global or British Bloodhorse Illiterate Racecourse Association.
We are talking here on Friday 12, August 2016 about training thoroughbred racehorses bred to race, bred to compete around the world. We are talking here about Bloodhorse Literate Highly Skilled Trainer Teams In Action, On Racecourses Around The World. We are not talking here about Learner- Student Handler Riders, as neither are we talking here about Stud or Stable Staff handlers. We are talking here about highly skilled bloodhorse literate achievers, being ripped off right left and centre by male government and racecourses.
Over the last seven decades the
attitude shown by British racecourses towards “Trainer Team Personnel”, all
those travelling with each racehorses to compete. All those working hard on racecourses, presenting
each racehorse to the general public. All taken for granted by these mainly
male bloodhorse illiterate racecourses. No wonder Hood found a bad atmosphere. Why are these racecourses allowed to get away
with such financial theft and downright mockery burdening other workers who
help provide other people with a happy day out. Without whom there would be no race day out for anyone. The racecourses themselves need to be called to account, they are fraudulently cashing
in big time themselves, taking payment for work carried out by other people on their racecourses.
