JMC: True Global Bloodhorse Literate Rules of Horseracing: Where are they?

Racing Post Friday March 24: Page 9.
By Graham Dench

"Strong response for new rules- roles on disciplinary panel:"

GD: "Christopher Quinlan, QC. “Noted for his ability to handle criminal matters of the utmost seriousness. Including the defence of some particular challenging cases of murder, manslaughter and sexual violence.

JMC: Quinlan as detailed here treating bloodhorse literate achievers as mass murderers.

JMC:  What are Quinlan's "Human Rights Copyright Ratings?
What are Quinlan's "Bloodhorse Literate Copyright Ratings?

JMC: What are"Brian Barker, QC,"Human Rights Copyright Rating?
JMC: What are"Brian Barker, QC,""Bloodhorse Literate Copyright Rating?

GD: “MORE than 130 applications have been received, from a broad range of backgrounds, for the expanded licensing and disciplinary panel that was among the key recommendations of the review of the BHA’s procedures undertaken last year by Christopher Quinlan, QC.

GD:  “Senior legal figures, including former judges and current barristers, as well as Ex-trainers. Ex-jockeys . Current trainers who might be  prepared to give up their licenses and vets are amongst those to have applied to join the panel, which Quinlan recommended should comprise no fewer than 22 members of diverse capabilities.

GD: "Brian Barker, QC, who was appointed the first judicial panel chairman in December and took up his new role in January said “i’m delighted by the number and quality of applications we have received for the roles of disciplinary and licensing panel members and chairman.

JMC: Seven decades of cruel abuse - sufferance caused by the Bloodhorse Illiterate British government political and legal parties.

GD: “It is a testament to the importance and good reputation of British racing that we are able to attract such a broad range of applicants, ranging from judges and barristers through to former trainers, jockeys and others with a good knowledge of horseracing.

GD: “My intention is that the new, expanded panel will be in place to sit on inquiries before the end of July. They will play a significant role in the integrity of the nation’s second largest sport and it is important that we recruit the best possible candidates and prepare them fully for their new role. "

JMC: HUMAN RIGHTS THAT INCLUDE RACEHORSES AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK WITH THEM EVERY DAY.
JMC: Christopher Quinlan QC says he is a criminal and regulatory law silk with extensive experience in sports law. He is a Recorder and highly-experienced chairman of numerous sport disciplinary bodies and member of disciplinary panels. He is noted for an ability to handle criminal matters of the utmost seriousness, including the defence of some particular challenging cases of murder, manslaughter and sexual violence.

JMC: Christopher Quinlan QC one of the many bloodhorse illiterate lawyers employed by the British government over the last seven decades that has failed to recognise the difference between a mass murderer and a " Bloodhorse Literate Achiever."

JMC: We do not want our little babies having to
experience the terror of war,  anytime in their lives.
We come into this world fragile and helpless.
next the human journey:
Many of us leave this world fragile and helpless.

JMC: As babies we enter this world inheriting
the times we are born in. A world
developed and gifted to us by others.
We owe everything before we own anything.

GLOBAL PONY POWER:
THE GLOBAL COMPETITIVE SPORT THAT IS HORSERACING.
A young person’s sport. To compete at this level in horseracing a person needs to be as super fit, as does the racehorse and or the pony.

 LESTER PIGGOTT (GB)

Piggott began racing horses from his father's stable when he was 10 years old and won his first race in 1948, aged 12 years, on a horse called "The Chase" at Haydock Park. A teenage sensation, he rode his first winner of the Epsom Derby on Never Say Die in 1954 aged 18 years and went on to win eight more, on Crepello (1957), St. Paddy (1960), Sir Ivor (1968), Nijinsky (1970), Roberto (1972), Empery (1976), The Minstrel (1977) and Teenoso (1983). He was stable jockey to Noel Murless and later to Vincent O'Brien and had a glittering career of unparalleled success. Known as the "housewives' favorite", Piggott had legions of followers and did much to expand the sport."

"Family background and personal life [edit]"

"Lester Piggott was born in Wantage to a family that could trace its roots as jockeys and trainers back to the 18th century.[4] The Piggotts were a Cheshire farming family who in the 1870s ran the Crown Inn in Nantwich for at least 40 years. Lester's grandfather Ernest (Ernie) Piggott (1878–1967) owned a racehorse stable at The Old Manor in Letcombe Regis and his father (Ernest) Keith Piggott (1904–1993) another at South Bank in Lambourn, where Lester lived until 1954.[4] Ernie Piggott rode three Grand National winners, in 1912, 1918 and 1919 and was married to a sister of the jockeys Mornington Cannon and Kempton Cannon, who both rode winners of the Derby, in 1899 and 1904 respectively. He was also three-times British jump racing Champion Jockey (in 1910, 1913 and 1915). Keith Piggott was a successful National Hunt jockey and trainer, winning the Champion Hurdle as a jockey in 1939 and the Grand National as a trainer in 1963 with Ayala, becoming the British jump racing Champion Trainer of the 1962–63 season. Lester Piggott is the cousin, through his mother Lilian Iris Rickaby, of two other jockeys, Bill and Fred Rickaby. Fred Rickaby was British flat racing Champion Apprentice in 1931 and 1932. "
