 This race was run in heavy rain. A terrible incident with Artful Lady slipping up rounding the bend taking a fatal fall.

Why did the bloodhorse illiterate stewards at Warwick allow this race to be run in heavy rain? To suit the punters sitting in the warm in betting shops?
