JMC: Tory sever cruel hard "Austerity Measures," burdened upon British electorate. Why do the Tories expect, believe and make sure that the electorate pay for Tory government failed working practices? Electorate has suffered seven decades of Tory government failures. Tory's need to pay for their own failures themselves like every one else, Tories to be
accountable to the law and pay their own debts. The electorate have no handle that works in practice to expose political, legal, and horseracing government financial fraud and thoroughly bad practice. This needs to change. The British electorate have an absolute right to honest information every day, not every five  years.

"RYAN MOORE will pit his skills against charismatic Brazilian Joao Moreira. The man many rate as his chief rival to be the world’s leading Flat jockey, after being granted a short-term riding license by the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

“The three-time champion was yesterday given a contract to ride in Hong Kong from January 17 to February 28 when he will face record-breaking champion Brazilian Joao Moreira in his adopted back yard. Known as Magic Man by locals, Moreira smashed Douglas Whyte’s previous record of 114 winners in a season when partnering a whopping 145 last term.

“Moore, 32, partnered the Ed Dunlop-trained Snow Fairy to victory in the Hong Kong Cup in 2010 and the prospect of his arrival – one of the most significant among European riders in recent years – has been welcomed by his former colleague in Britain Neil Callan, who is now based in Hong Kong and was fifth behind Moreira in the jockeys’ championship last season.

JMC: It is one thing for Ryan Moore to go to Hong Kong to partner Snow Fairy in a Japanese race for Ed Dunlop. But quite another f0r Ryan Moore to spend some time in Japan to compete in their races partnering horses trained in Japan.  
 

“Callan said: “It’s one of the toughest places in the world to ride, but Ryan’s a world class jockey and he’ll be well supported. We’ve got some strong riders here in Joao and Zac Purton, who was champion the season before Joao, and I love the competition – bring it on".  
 
How many of the Japanise trainers are bloodhorse literate achievers in their own right?
JMC: Callan sets the scene when he states: “It’s one of the toughest places in the world to ride." What standard are the top Japanese trainers at, compared with Sir Michael Stoute (GB)  in Britain, and Aiden O'Brien (IRE) in Ireland?
