All athlete’s get injuries, to include the horses, sometimes injured so badly they lose their lives.

If you do not have true rules to your sport, as is the case with British horseracing, you have no right to punish anyone taking part in that sport.

If your sport is being run without a true medication zone in place you cannot punish anyone either because you have failed to pay due care and attention as to the needs and rights of all those attempting to compete who suffer injury and death to include the horses.
