JMC: What is the going at the Cheltenham Festival 2016 going to be? How cut-up will the turf get throughout this week with racing every day? And how long will it take both turf track's to recover afterwards?
How the going condition's under foot effect Cheltenham's National Hunt Hurdle Turf Track and Cheltenham's  Chase Turf Track.  How much will the weather over the last three weeks be effecting the going conditions this week? The going conditions at racecourses  throughout history have sadly crippled many racehorse

JMC: THERE APPEARS PLENTY OF RACECOURSE THEORY: The Racecourse Training Manual Revised 2012...

BUT HOW DOES RACECOURSE THEORY WORK OUT IN PRACTICE?

There needs to be Public Reports from racecourses after every day at every meeting stating how each track performed for the racehorses who experienced it first hand, with the written evidence of top senior jockeys who experienced

  CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL 2016
DAY ONE OF FOUR

Tuesday March 15 to Friday March 18

JMC: Our Carol tracking the likely weather for Cheltenham Festival 2016, countdown. Start Tuesday March 15 to Friday March 18. Wondering if BBC1 Breakfast's Red Sofa will have a live presence  over these 4 days? Yes, yes, yes that would be good. Carol might meet up with Victoria Pembleton, also perhaps CH4's Horseracing Team's  Alice (In Wonderland) Plunkett as well, finding out how they  have felt during their two different prep countdown's to Cheltenham Festival 2016. Victoria Pembleton's partner Pacha Du Polder Team (Paul) Nicholls, for owner The Stewart Family. This race is a steeple chase over 3miles 2f+ with possibly up to 24 - 30 large Steeple Chase fences to clear. (too many fences for any one race).  A massive task, which will test her ability in the saddle every step of the way. Pembleton will need sharp accurate spot on concentration awareness of all going on around her from the time she gets the leg-up into Pasha Du Polder saddle in the parade ring until she returns after the race is over.

JMC: Pembleton has had true professional guidance throughout her prep to date, she has pursued her challenge seriously and has coped well throughout. Pembleton needs to be as fit and agile as her partner Pasha Du Polder. She has been cleared to partner Pacha Du Polder on Friday March 18, 2016.
