inconvenience and disappointment they have caused in striking out
251 racehorses from the races they were entered in. Cheltenham racecourse
owe all connections behind these 251 racehorses considerable financial pay back.
To include all costs, and all financial damage penalties. At the rate of £15,000
(Fifteen thousand pounds per each trainer/owner.)

The condition of the hurdle and
chase turf tacks after a four day
meeting with seven daily races as follows
each day are:-1.30: 2.10: 2.50: 3.30: 4.00:

estimated to be 26, runners in the main – competing.
That turf gets some considerable punishment, especially on the take off
and landing side of both the hurdle track, and the chase tracks. Dangerously so
it could be said.There are nearly eight months those tracks have to recover in
April, May, June, July, August, September, October, before the November three
day Christmas Meeting takes place.
