JMC: All dog owners found to have dangerous dogs, need to attend Correction Centres with their dog. There are far too many animals kept in shocking conditions in Britain. This needs to change it is not acceptable. We have an urgent crisis of animal abuse needing urgent attention. What is the point of having RSPCA if it can't cope properly and in the right way, and swiftly in all cases of horrific cruelty. It is vital that RSPCA needs to be working properly. Something that sadly has not been the case over the last 7 decades. Male government abuse oversight in this area of life needs to be stopped.
