CROWD PULLER
"TOM SEGAL THE PUNTERS CHAMPION
FESTIVAL SPECIAL."
13 March to 16th March 2012
"TOM SEGAL says BIG BUCK'S is simply too good to oppose in the Ladbroke World Hurdle but he's still got a huge-priced value bet for the stayers' championship. p16-18 Superstars such as the Paul Nicholls champion stayer helped attract record crowds of more than six million to British racecourses in 2011 p 4-5. And they'll be flocking to see him in action again this weekend as he's set to be joined by a whole host of stars for trials day at Cheltenham and the Irish Champion Hurdle at Leopardstown p2-3.
NOEL MEADE PUT HIS OPINIONS ON THE LINE IN THE MONDAY JURY YESTERDAY. (23.01.2012)
THE MONDAY JURY ANALYSIS ONE FOR YOUR REFERENCE FILE
"What did you think of AL FEROF'S trial for the Arkle at Ascot ? "It was OK but he'll have no chance of defeating SPRINTER SACRE as I think he's the best horse we have seen for years and will be extremely difficult to beat.. I thought it last year and he was unlucky in the Supreme. If Ruby and Paul think that's the race for him so be it but I don't think he'll beat the other fellow who is potentially as good a chaser as I've seen."
