J MARGARET CLARKE  TURFCALL COMMENT
BLOODHORSE LITERACY

The Rules of British Horseracing can only be Bloodhorse Literate Rules.

The longer the Rules of British Horseracing are being tampered with by Bloodhorse Illiterate people the more dangerous British horseracing is becoming. Something that has been gathering pace at an alarming rate already manifesting itself in far too many deaths and serious injuries .. .
The British horseracing government taking out bloodhorse illiterate court claims against Bloodhorse Literate Handler Riders, Kieren Fallon and many more ... unjustly, doing horrendous damage; and taking years and years within the British Legal Justice System's Procedural Rules, some lawyers tactics used to cause maximum delay to ensure they can cash in financially for themselves big time, surely such dishonest behaviour
as this is Collusion to Defraud, Contempt of Court, or both?

We have the bloodhorse illiterate whip review, what we do not have is the
'Bloodhorse Literate Whip Review and Reasoning.' Looks like the horseracing government have no intention of carrying out a bloodhorse literate whip review. With the present coalition government sitting back and doing nothing at all about this injustice. Sir Henry Cecil would give all these bloodhorse illiterate government men short shrift on whip issues.

But are the coalition government right in allowing the horseracing government to get away with providing only a bloodhorse illiterate whip review?

Surely the bloodhorse illiterate coalition government should ensure that Bloodhorse Literacy is properly recognised for what it actually is - on a par with ballet dancing at the highest level.  A highly skilled athletic art, in which a thoroughbred racehorse in training can understand and respond to with immediate effect. If a horse does not respond with immediate effect the horse is showing you that the rider is faulty, or that the training of the horse is faulty. The horse through his behaviour shows you if something is wrong. As indeed
if everything is right, spot on ... this also shows as well.

There are a considerable number of other bloodhorse literate issues that need to be addressed along with a Bloodhorse Literate Whip Review that badly need to be accurately updated  in a bloodhorse literate way. Issues that have been smouldering away behind the scenes ongoing over decades of neglect, now manifesting themselves most notably effecting all those who work at the dangerous sharp end of  British horseracing .

Personnel working within both these government departments would need to carry out a study into bloodhorse literacy to find out just how out of touch they actually are. To clarify

On issues relating to a highly skilled trade, trashed by bloodhorse illiteracy and stark cruelty..

WHERE DOES THE OFFICE IF FAIR TRADING FIT IN TO ALL THIS?

Warning there are those who tell others that they can ride, but in fact if challenged and asked to prove it in practice are found to be passenger's  eg - if you can't drive you call a cab.

How would Roy, Morris, Stier, Bittar, Cameron and Clegg get on if put to the test in public?

WHY providing a 'Bloodhorse Illiterate Whip Review' is unacceptable

TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY EXISTS IN ALL THESE AREAS - ZONES

TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY IN THE SADDLE

TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY OUT OF THE SADDLE

TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY IN THEORY

TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY IN PRACTICE

TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY IN TRAINING

TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY COMPETING IN A RACE

We know what has happened to many of the senior bloodhorse literate achievers, not so long ago left at the end of their days penniless with a black bin liner to hold their scant belonging's  in and shoved into the gutter by governments when found to be of no more use....Cruelty beyond all belief.  Lord Oaksey acted himself to found the Injured Jockey Fund. Both goverments did nothing, as now.
