JMC COMMENT TURFCALL:
WHERE IS THE TRUE BLOODHORSE LITERACY ZONE WITHIN BRITISH HORSERACING AND POLITICAL GOVERNMENT?

HORSERACING, LIKE FOOTBALL but far more complex, due to the rights and needs of bloodhorses, not wooden horses, or football's. Bloodhorse Literacy needs to be recognised throughout the world for the skills achieved in a person's own right when achieving true professional bloodhorse literacy . There are several Grade's, or Stepping Stones relating to achieving true Bloodhorse Literacy as follows.

The handler rider's and the racehorses need to be equally as athletically fit as each other
to be able to perform in competition on racecourses.

Horseracing's Bloodhorse Literate Athletic Stepping Stones

1. To start out by becoming a Learner Handler Rider (age group 8 to 16) ( L plates up)
2. To move on to becoming a Student Handler Rider (age group 17 to 21) ( L plates up)
3. To move on to becoming a Grade C Handler Rider (age group 14 to 21) (L plates up)
4. To move on to becoming a Grade B Handler Rider (age group 15 to 30)
5. To move on to becoming a Grade A Handler Rider (age group 21 to 60)
6. To move on to becoming a Senior Grade A Handler Rider (age group 30 to 60)
