All FRANKEL fans will be in their element today as this unbeaten colt steps out on to the Royal Ascot turf to challenge for this, his second run as a four year old, with lead-horse BULLET TRAIN in attendance, eleven other brave challengers to take him on, FRANKEL has to show them all a clean pair of heels to kick away from this field and win this, at prohibitive odds.

BORN TO SEA needs to concentrate today on the job in hand if he is to show his true colours and win this, much depends on who's in the saddle at home everyday, as to how much he has been able to learn, to date. How quickly or otherwise he is able to adapt to a different rider taking over in different surroundings when asked to actually compete in a race, without a lead horse, and without a pony to accompany him to the start. That's some ask for all young racehorses just starting a career in racing. Sadly all taken for granted by the brutal British bloodhorse illiterate horseracing government personnel, do as I say  ... or else attitude, otherwise severe punishment will be administered. As experienced by Christophe Soumillon on October 15th 2011 at Ascot on the very first British Champions Day.

LIVE BBC 2
4.25. COVENTRY STAKES (GROUP 2) for 2yo's over 6f
Always an interesting race for two year olds this.  Today there are 23 runners all have had a run, some only one run. Much can be learned from this race today. DAWN APPROACH,  CHRISTOFORO COLOMBUS and SIR PRANCEALOT, how will this race pan out to be for
them?
How 23 inexperienced two year old challengers cope here,  remains to be seen.

QUEEN ANNE 1711
Strangely enough the way that Queen Anne was treated way back in 1711, the very reason why it was touch and go that Royal Ascot Racecourse ever came to be ....
QUEEN ANNE in 1711  was dominated by others, others who did not have her best true interests at heart, factually the very opposite . Others who considered it unthinkable for a Queen to spend money on a racecourse.  Ascot Racecourse that Queen Anne paid
£558  19s  5p  for, as lodged at the Public Record Office.
