The British Jumps Turf Cheltenham Festival Racecourse owned by the British Jockey Club is the equine version of the world renowned Wimbledon Tennis Tournament. Cheltenham need to aim to get far more competitors in from other countries. To do that they need to address their poor form on the bloodhorse literacy front, their blatant bloodhorse illiterate abuse of power can never be acceptable.
