BHA chief Paul Bittar how does he consider it possible for bloodhorse illiterate people employed within his departnments, by himself, to uphold bloodhorse literate horseracing rules? Bittar's whole perception of this sport is outside the Equus Zone. The welfare of horses together with the welfare of the people who work with them every day at the dangerous sharp end of horseracing, their needs and human rights have been totally ignored over the last 6 decades. However has this ignorance been allowed to get such a grip on this sport. And yes this is a sport not a war. However have such people as this been able to get away with all this for so long?
