HOW MUCH of this sort of thing happening at present goes back directly to the female of the species in Britain and around the world  treated as second, third and fourth class citizens by men. Slaves.

By rights the male and female of the species are here to compliment each other.

This is an unbalanced set up going back over centuries.  A hugely ancient male domain within an unbalanced and unjust male perspective operative.

British political, legal and equine government disaster zones malpractice found on a massive scale.

Jon Lees:
"BHA admits concern over novice chase field sizes p3.
"BHA chief executive Paul Bittar is to canvas trainers' views on novice chasers as it emerged the existing program - which Nicky Henderson has claimed does not service the needs of his up-and-coming chasers - has bought a worrying decline in average field sizes this season.

"Well trumpeted increases in numbers have been reversed to the extent that average runners per novice chase, which rose during last season to 6.4 from 5.6, have dropped to 5.3 since October 1 this term, a decline for which the BHA said there is no obvious explanation. "
The obvious explanation is that Paul Bittar is "Bloodhorse Illiterate"  he believes that he can run British racing without an Equus Zone.
British  Equus Zone
BHA Government deny Novice Chasers the chance to learn their trade.

Nicky Henderson Licensed Trainer "Bloodhorse Literate in both Theory and in Practice"
Nicky Henderson is saying he can find no races to run his owners novice chasers in.
One of many serious factual oversight's  made by the British Horseracing Government. (BHA) .

Punter Media and Government Zone.
Paul Bittar  BHA government  chief " is Boodhorse Illiterate both in Theory and in Practice.
Paul Bittar is saying that they themselves (BHA) cannot find an obvious explanation,
as to why this is happening. The obvious  explanation being these authorities are Bloodhorse Illiterate.

Jon Lees continued:
"Support for Henderson's view from fellow trainer Alan King, who said: "It's not easy. I've been able to run quite a few of mine in these novice handicaps, which are great. But if you have a yard full of higher-rated horses, like Nicky and Paul Nicholls, it would be a nightmare.

Comments made by Lord Howard at the
World Equus Annual Conference in London
 on 17th November 2013.
"Britain must lead world in Equine welfare "
 - Howard
Racing Post Friday November 15th 2013 p9
LORD HOWARD:
"The fact that modern racing started in Britain does, I think, place a special responsibility on our authorities to take a lead in insuring the sport is conducted with full regard for the welfare of the horses that take part. " So how is it that over the last 6 decades these so called authorities have not bothered about the welfare of the horses or with the people who work with the horses every day? Without whom there would be no horseracing. Authorities that ignore the fact that there needs to be true Bloodhorse Literate Rules of Horseracing both in Britain and around the world.

LORD HOWARD:
"The fact that protecting horse welfare and maintaining strong policy are included in the key priorities to which both bodies have signed up provide the basis for at least a degree of optimism. "
JMC: But why this late?  Six decades too late? Who on earth can have any confidence in the likes of a statement as this from  the "Bloodhorse Illiterate politician Lord Howard six decades late.

Both the true British and true Global Equus Zone Rules of Horseracing do not even exist.  Horseracing has been run in Britain and in many other countries around the world over the last six decades without any  consideration at all as to the rights and to the needs of the racehorses either in training of whilst competing in this sport.  Without any true rules in theory or in practice. How have licensed riders/handlers, jockeys and trainers  managed to cope with the likes of this?

Instead we have a situation littered with JC , BHA government power abuse,  failed evil working practices cruel, and starkly ignorance practices within horse welfare rights and needs in practice.

British authorities ignore the rights and needs of all those who work within the Equus Zone   Ignores the rights and needs of the  racehorses. Ignoring the rights and needs of the owners  racehorses placed in training.  Ignoring their riders, Ignoring their handlers and ignoring their minders.

Government attitude over the last 6 decades: The horses don't count. The Owners don't count. The Trainers don't count. The Handler-Riders who work with the horses every day don't count. The Jockey's don't count. The Breeders don't count. The only thing that does count is the huge amount of money these governments take for themselves out of horseracing.

We don't see this practice in Sports World Tennis Rules, or in Sports World Cricket Rules. Yet in Britain under political, legal, financial and horseracing government we find over the last 6 decades a mighty  power abuse swindle  going on. We see the British government,  people at the top table working 6 decade's in arrears. Condemning all those who have achieved Bloodhorse Literacy in their own right. We see true horsemen made a mockery of , abused and ridiculed by the bloodhorse illiterate.

Modern Racing? We don't have any modern racing. We have a neglected multi billion pound horseracing industry. Where the Equine workforce to include the horses rights and needs are totally ignored by government authorities.
