JMC: NEEDED: Taking a closer look, a much closer look at how both children and animals are being treated, abused. Each COUNTY  needs a TEAM to pay far more attention to mind these seriously neglected key issue.

Paul O'Grady is making a valiant attempt to do this on TV. But he needs far more help. This is a massively ignored and evil problem.

British County Teams needed, not made up by false political and horseracing government lip service bureaucrats. Bigger Counties will need two teams maybe.
