GOVERNMENT TREASURY HOW TAX PAYER'S MONEY IS BEING  USED TO FUND  CORRUPT BANKS AND A CORRUPT BRITISH LEGAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.


It is estimated that 70 per cent of people in Britain cannot afford to use British Law due to the huge costs involved and the years, and years of legal time wasting involved.

 

But do these 70 per cent of British people realise that their yearly hard earned cash is being used, through their inland revenue tax returns, to fund British government 's corrupt banks and British governments corrupt  legal justice system . That these 70 per cent of British people cannot afford to get legal help themselves,  if they find they have a problem that they can't cope with themselves. Government does not bother about them then. Put up and shut up style.  Governments are robbing 70 per cent of British people each year through their badly flawed government working practices, corrupt practices that belong in the dark ages.

 British Legal Equus Horseracing Rules? Where are they?

Global Rules of Horseracing do not exist  

  Global Rules of Horseracing a myth.

There are no True Equus Global Rules of Horseracing.
These were needed 40 years ago in the 1970's. So where are they in 2013?

How are global jockeys meant to cope riding in global races when there are
 no True Equus Rules in place?  

It is as well to take notice that  both

Inevitable chaos? Why? If there is inevitable chaos it all threads back to failed bloodhorse illiteracy BHA working practices. Racehorses are not in a race to be used as  battering rams to knock all other competitors out of the way, coming in with multiple wounds. That BHA don't allow trainers or vets to treat such wounds. Due to the fact that BHA are getting away with calling all medication dope.

It makes no sense attempting to run British Horseracing and Global  Horseracing denying the rights and the needs  of the horses and the people who mind them in training every single day.


 


The abuse burdened upon Richard Hughes and Martin Dwyer through riding in India. All true Sport's have true Rules or should have; that apply world wide. But not Horseracing. The BHA does not allow that. In the BHA's focus the horses do not count their needs and rights of no concern to the BHA.


 


It makes no sense to attempt to run Global Horseracing  without any True Global Equus Zone Horseracing Rules. Global Horseracing has been going on over the last 40 years without any rules at all. What about the global jockeys how are they supposed to cope  without any rules? What sort of people are these BHA?

What is the point of licensed trainers taking in owners horses when there are no suitable races to run their horses in?  BHA refusing to allow owners horses to learn their hurdling or chasing skills. This is a repeat of what happened in the early 1970's when the Jockey Club allowed girls to apply for Flat Turf Licenses. There were no races for them to ride in.

 
If a girl worked in racing as a professional they were not allowed to ride in amateur races. There were only about a handful of other races otherwise. That was all then, 4o years ago.  Jockey Club Bloodhorse  Illiteracy kicked in then. Just as BHA is kicking in again now.
40 years is a long time to leave a dangerous issue such as this one in limbo.
