Attempt to order all general public to stop giving broken homeless people any cash or food.
Mother Teresa, Apostle of the Unwanted went out every day to pick up the broken people from the street gutters in Calcutta India, taking them back to her home where they were nursed, loved and cared for. Some were found to have maggots eating into their flesh.http://www.motherteresa.org/
