WHERE IS THE BRITISH HORSERACING AUTHORITY REGULATION (BHA) BLOODHORSE LITERATE WHIP REVIEW?

J MARGARET CLARKE TURFCALL COMMENT
BLOODHORSE LITERACY ACHIEVED BY THE BRITISH MONARCHY
Our own present Queen Elizabeth  took the trouble to communicate with Monty Roberts in the early 1980's inviting him to come over and stay with her at Windsor Castle, to understand further the language of the horse that Monty had achieved in his own right.

ALL AT SEA

Our Queen loves and cares for her horses as best she can, through other people, as well as owning Ascot Racecourse which recently has undergone considerable improvements, now playing a key part on the World Horseracing stage. Many within the present Royal family have achieved bloodhorse literacy. The Princess Royal back a bit when known as Princess Anne, together with her first husband Mark Phillips both achieved bloodhorse literacy at the highest level, as since has their daughter Zara. Prince Charles and Camilla Duchess of Cornwall have also achieved bloodhorse literacy.

Yes, it does matter how British Horseracing is run ....
At present the rusty old cogs of bloodhorse illiterate British horseracing authority regulation (BHA)  whose responsibilities are swiftly heading out of control in the direction of death trap, after death trap, after death trap. As shown at the Cheltenham Festival and Aintree Grand National meeting's over the last 12 years.
KNOCK KNOCK
The bloodhorse illiterate BHA regulation, licensing and disciplinary department personnel who will be responsible for all safety issues throughout both the four day Cheltenham Festival and the three day Aintree Grand National 2012 meetings, there are many bloodhorse literate steps that need to be in place and understood properly by all professional handler riders if they are to be allowed to ride and handle the runners safely. EG Are the jockey's to be advised before each and every race that allowing a runner to clip heals with another runner is totally unacceptible?

EG What does the BHA disciplinary Lyne Williams. And further Tim Morris, Jamie Stier and Paul Bittar know about the language of a racehorse? Nothing at all. So why are these four people holding responsible posts within the BHA regulation disciplinary and licensing? And for so long?  How did these people get these jobs in the first place? A  mega mess.
