Spencer banned

Jamie Spencer was suspended for three days (May 19-21) for using his whip without allowing sufficient time for runner-up Just The Judge to respond in the 1,000 Guineas.

BHA CARDINAL ERROR ONE OCTOBER  2011:  WHIP RULE HAVOC

 

How is any jockey worldwide riding in a British race expected to follow the British Horseracing Authority Government's Bloodhorse Illiterate Whip Rules?  Bloodhorse Illiterate Whip Rules that came into force in October 2011? And have been left in force now over the last 19 months. What sort of a Horseracing Government is this BHA? Aussie trainer of BLACK CAVIAR Peter Moony gave them short shrift last week as reported in the Racing Post. And rightly so.

 

So where is BHA'S Bloodhorse Literate Whip Review? And where are the New British Bloodhorse Litrertate Whip Rules? Without sound true Bloodhorse Literate Ruling, how is Jamie Spencer  expected  to keep such rules when riding a racehorse at any time, not only in public in races?

 

BHA are still refusing to acknowledge that they have made a huge mistake.

BHA CARDINAL ERROR TWO  2013: ANABOLIC STEROID HAVOC

BHA'S muddled bloodhorse illiterate government have over the last fortnight made a further huge 

bloodhorse illiterate mistake. This time BHA have sentenced Godolphin Owner Sheikh Mohammed’s trainer Mahmood Al Zarooni to suffer an 8 year ban, warning off. Charged and condemned for what BHA term to be doping 15 horses. But Bloodhorse Literate Al Zarooni did not dope 15 horses, Al Zarooni treated 15 racehorses placed in his care in training for injuries sustained whilst in training with anabolic steroids, a medication known and used in Dubai, Australia and many other countries around the world to take the inflammation out of injured joints, an effective medication used to heal and sooth injured racehorses suffering injuries

.

With 250 racehorses in training in Newmarket owned by Godolphin placed in a cruel lock-down BHA enforcement snare, surplus to the BHA’s requirements. The BHA usually take years to attend to matters as this one. The BHA need to wake up to the fact that they have 250 racehorses that were in training , now in lock-down pending their BHA bloodhorse illiterate fate. How long do the BHA intend to entrap these 250 racehorses, a year? Two years? When the BHA and their bloodhorse illiterate legal advisors get round to find the time to sort this one out, will these 250 racehorses have given up the ghost and drop dead where they stood by then? Through the BHA’S brutal negligence. Will we be reading in the newspapers that all 250 racehorses were found dead in their loose boxes whilst held in custody by the bloodhorse illiterate BHA and their legal advisors. Together with the British Rules of Racing the BHA have corrupted.

 

BHA are attempting to fob us and the world off, with the help of  Newmarket veterinary David Dugdale’s inaccurate and feeble information about the use of anabolic steroids. (Ch4 Morning Line Saturday May 4^th 2013)
