Lynam unveils Power plans:
DIAMOND JUBILEE winner Slade Power is likely to conclude his career in the
$million VRC Sprint Classic at Flemington on November 8.
"Trainer Eddie Lynam told Sky Sports radio: "That will be his last race. He's favourite for the July Cup and hopefully he can deliver, but regardless of that he will go to Melbourne" .

"Stablemate Sole Power, who last week landed back-to-back wins in the King's Stand Stakes, is also being aimed at the Darley July Cup on July 12 and is likely to finish his year in Hong Kong. "I think the Hong Kong Sprint would suit him more, " said Lynam, "
Al Naamah for Deauville
"AL NAAMAH , the £5,000,000gns filly  who made a winning debut at Chantilly on Monday, is likely to head  for the Group 3 Prix du Calvados at Deauville on August 23. Harry Herbert, racing adviser to owner Al Shaqab Racing, said: Al Naamah has come out of her race well and the Prix du Calvados is next on the agenda. After that we might look at races like the Marcel Boussac. "

Newmarket Gallops David Milnes
Eastern Belle John Gosden:
"Gosden is aiming to continue his recent run of top-level success with his recent Newbury winner, who is booked for the inaugural  running of the Grade 1 Belmont Oaks on turf on Saturday week. The daughter of Champs Elysees certainly looked a class act in her latest workout on the Limekilns long gallop and will be playing for $1 million in the US. "

Lewis Porteaus writes:
"BHA's 'zero tolerance' on steroids"

J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Fact:
British political, legal, racecourse and horseracing government.

Bittar's statement  here is  30 years too late.

"BHA CHIEF executive Paul Bittar has admitted his preference for horses found to have been given anabolic steroids was a lifetime ban, rather than the new penalty of a 14-month suspension, which was announced yesterday.

"But while his personal option was a harsher line than the consensus around the BHA board table, Bittar said in discussing the authority's revised drug regulation he was "comfortable" with the increased penalty - up from six months, the ban Godolphin horses served last spring in the case that resulted in trainer Mahmood Al Zarooni being warned off for eight years .....

Thirty years of vague waffle from these governments is unacceptable.

Paul Bittar is 'comfortable' with it,  is he?  What a vile statement to make when he is fully aware of how Mahood Al Zarooni and others have had their lives completely broken to bits by government bloodhorse illiterate 'comfortable'  impostors, to say nothing about the millions of injured racehorses. How can anyone ever have any trust at all in government people like this?

Conor Kane writes:

"Case against Fenton set to proceed. "

"THE prosecution of Philip Fenton for alleged possession of anabolic steroids can proceed as planned - but not  "at a gallop" - following a judge's rejection of submissions  made by the Irish trainer's legal team yesterday .......

J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Fact:

British political, legal, racecourse and horseracing government's 'Bloodhorse Illiteracy: '

TO PLAY GAMES  with other peoples lives is a Criminal Act, a Criminal Offence and if at present there is no law against such evil then this needs to be put right before there can ever be a bloodhorse literate trial against Fenton or anyone else who has achieved true bloodhorse literacy in their own right.

David Milnes writes:

Hatchfield opposition's high - visibility protest

"THE protest against Lord Derby's latest proposals for the controversial Hatchfield Farm site in Newmarket turned equine yesterday in a bid to get the racing industry's message across in advance of a crucial planning meeting next Wednesday.

"More than 100 horses assembled on the famous Warren Hill training ground, where they made for a luminous sight with riders sporting high - visibility jackets bearing the words "No to Hatchfield Farm" . .... Yes, yes, yes

The Newmarket Horsemen's Group

Its a relief to hear that this group actually has some true horsemen in it for starters.  Not so long ago the Horsemen's Group didn't have any true horsemen in it at all.  It looked like from the off the Horsemen's Group was being hijacked by the bloodhorse illiterate including Lord Derby. Why should any trainer agree to train horses for Lord Derby ever again? He must be very difficult to train for. Ed Dunlop would know that better than anyone else as he trained Ouija Board for Lord Derby. Ouija Board the mum of Aidan O'Brien's Australia challenging for the  Derby double on Saturday following his win in the British Derby.  Australia challenging to win the  Irish Derby at the Curragh next? Can he do it? What do you think?
When she won the Oaks, Ouija Board was the only horse Lord Derby had in training. But it was his ancestor the twelfth Earl of Derby who founded, ...

THE HORSEMAN'S GROUP HAVE BEEN FIGHTING LORD DERBY'S PLANS FOR FIVE YEARS

THE damage done to horseracing by the bloodhorse illiterate down through the ages  is staggering. Who would have thought that someone like the  present Lord Derby would be bloodhorse illiterate.

Another highly dangerous issue in and around Newmarket is motorists. It is estimated that 99 per cent of all drivers including lorry drivers are bloodhorse illiterate. Totally unaware of the real live danger they pose to all bloodhorses needing to use the public highway.
