Review Royal Ascot Thursday June 19, 2014
As reported by the Racing Post in their results section on Friday June 20th.

J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Equus Fact:

False Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Inquiry:

3.05 WIN: Cannock Chase (GB) 3 9-0 partner Ryan Moore
Equus Team (Sir Michael) Stoute (GB) 9 Run .

WIN: Cannock Chase 3  9-0 (USA) partner Ryan Moore Equus Team (Sir Michael) Stoute.
Held up in touch in last trio, ridden and headway on outer, to lead over 1f out, edged right to inner rail inside  final furlong. Ran on well, ridden out. 7-4f. "

Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Inquiry Called:
Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Inquiry Held:
Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Inquiry Result Given:
Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Inquiry failed to pick up on  Bloodhorse Literate Dangerous Interference Issue which British stewards allowed to stand in error.
Outcome Bloodhorse Illiterate Stewards Inquiry result stands in error:
The Dangerous Bloodhorse Literate  Interference  that took place was overlooked by Bloodhorse Illiterate stewards in error. And no Cannock Chase 3  9-0 (USA) partner Ryan Moore should not be punished. It is the stewards that should be punished, going back over 6 decades.

Run under 'Bloodhorse Illiterate British Rules Of Horseracing using Bloodhorse IIliterate British Horseracing  Stewards: This was a dangerous Bloodhorse Literate Interference Issue.

Burdened upon Barley Mow 3 9-0  (GB) partner Richard Hughes who was physically
stopped Barley Mow  3 9-0  (GB) partner Richard Hughes Equus Team ( Richard) Hannon. Chased leaders until led over 8f out. Ridden entering final 2f, driven and headed over 1f out, kept on but held by winner when  dangerously hampered by winner  and snatched up well inside final furlong, not able to recover and lost 3 places after. 13-2. Cause: 'Bloodhorse Literate Interference' by winner burdened upon Barley Mow. Due to the fact that British Horseracing is governed and run by 'Bloodhorse Illiterate Regulators' under Bloodhorse Illiterate Rules' . This dangerous 'Bloodhorse Literate Interference' was not picked up as it should have been.

The True Equus Result should have been: Win: Barley Mow  3 9-0  (GB) partner Richard Hughes. On a dangerous Bloodhorse Literate Interference Ruling against first past the post Cannock Chase 3  9-0 (USA) partner Ryan Moore who caused Barley Mow to have to be snatched up fast to prevent a nasty accident.

Letter From Michael Davies Chard, Somerset Page 4.

"LEADING LIGHT won the Gold Cup by a neck, But Joseph O'Brien struck his mount eleven times and was fined £3,000 and banned for 7 days. Had he not used the whip excessively he probably would not have won.

"He broke the rules yet retained first place but, in view of the minuscule distance between second and third,  justice would have been done only if he had been demoted to third.

"Is it not time the whip rules were changed so when a horse had finished first by a head or less and the jockey has broken the whip rules to achieve this, the horse should be demoted?
In my book Estimate was the moral winner of the Gold Cup. "

J Margaret Clarke Turfcall , Yes yes, yes.
"A costly Bloodhorse Illiterate  Whip Review (BHA) was carried out in 2011 which led to a new bloodhorse illiterate Whip Rule being placed into the British Rules of Racing in October 2011
just before the first running of Qipco Champions Day at Ascot where it has remained ever since.

It has been noted recently some racehorses have come back in after a  race in a distressed state. An unreasonably distressed state. This should not be going on. Where is the True Bloodhorse Literate British Equus Zone to include medication clarity?

Ace French jockey Christophe Soumillon reacted with outrage at Ascot after becoming the latest high-profile victim of the flawed new whip rules.

Where is British Horseracing's True Equus Zone? To care for the rights and needs of all the racehorses in training and the people who work with them every day? Without which there would be no racing.

You do not hit a horse to ask for increased speed if you have achieved True  Bloodhorse Literacy you use your hands and heals. A whip can come into play to remind a horse to pay attention, only needs a flick not a savage swipe.  Clive Brittain in his book The Smiling Pioneer.  With Robin Oakley tells us he does not allow his Team to ride out the two year olds carrying a whip. Due to the fact that you do not teach a horse anything with a whip, same with kids you don't teach them anything if all you do is hit them. Equus  Bloodhorse Literate Whip Rules should state hands and heals only in the last two furlongs of every race.
