skilled race riders always 'try to negate the risk' so if a licensed trainer
makes up his team with say 20 learner student handler riders and 4 true
professional bloodhorse literate achievers these 4 horsemen will be burdened
with the near impossible task to 'negate the risk' placing a huge
burden upon the the horses and upon the shoulder's of the 4 true bloodhorse literate handler riders.
