A week of storm and heavy rain with Newmarket's July Meeting clinging on throughout  the last three days  to bring us the 2012 running of the Qipco  Darley July Cup Sprint.  Through the mud and  the rain soaked turf, sprints  MAYSON partner PAUL HANAGAN handler presenter AMY GREEN  to take this race by 5 lengths at 20-1 from THE CHEKA. MAYSON dominated throughout to kick on and take this race by 5 lengths. A four year old colt with a truly great temperament  and  a visible joy of racing. A huge compliment to the Fahey Team.
