GRAHAM BRADLEY BRAVELY SERVED OUT THE FIVE YEAR PUNISHMENT DISHED OUT TO HIM  BY THE BLOODHORSE ILLITERATE BRITISH HORSERACING GOVERNMENT.IN 2009.

Graham Green " Bradley sets sights on new career as trainer."

"GRAHAM BRADLEY, one of the most controversial characters in British racing,
takes the first step towards joining the training ranks next week.
"The former jockey turned bloodstock agent is due at the British Racing School
in Newmarket on Monday to attend the first of three training modules, a mandatory
programme  of  seminars costing candidates wishing to join the profession more than
£2,000.
We are told, lip service, by the British  hoseracing government (BHA) that Britain owns a multi billion pound horseracing industry. Yet it is being run as a welfare charity, with handler riders who make up licensed trainer teams left to get by without a true career
structure, without a professional wage structure, and with no recognition as to bloodhorse
literacy standard abilities achieved  These bloodhorse illiterate BHA government authorities will soon be advising the general public that racehorses can be trained in a 'Chicken Run'

"Bradley, 52, was one of the finest riders of his generation and won a string of
major races including the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Champion Hurdle, Hennessy Gold Cup
and King George VI Chase during a career that featured horses like Wayward Lad - the title
of his autobiography - Bregawn and Collier Bay, but he also frequently made headlines
for the wrong reasons, most notably when warned off for five years passing information
to Brian Wright, who was subsequently jailed for 30 years in 2007 after being found guilty
of running a cocaine empire.
"Bradley's ban ended in 2009 and he returned to the saddle the following year to take part in the Leger Legends charity race at Doncaster, but his appearance prompted criticism of the BHA among sections of the media for approving the one-race license in the light of his disciplinary record.

"Contacted by the Racing Post, Bradley admitted he was taking the trainers' course, but was
uncharacteristically coy about his plans, saying he was "waiting for two or three things to happen" before he could discuss the matter.

"Although unwilling to say whether he had owners lined up, or from what stable he would train, Bradley, when asked if he thought he would get a license, replied, "fingers crossed" before adding "I can't say anything until I've finished all the courses."
"BHA spokesman Robin Mounsey said: "First time applicants for licenses to train are required to demonstrate or confirm they meet the established criteria which include, but are
not limited to, that they have the competence and capability to train, they have access to appropriate training facilities, and that they are otherwise, in all circumstances, suitable to hold a license, i.e.that they are ' fit and proper' . On who's terms? The bloodhorse literate? Or the bloodhorse illiterate'. Any application received by Graham Bradley for a license to train would be treated in this manner.

"Attendance on the trainers' course modules forms part of the license criteria, but in no way
does attendance indicate that a license application will be approved. The BHA determines
applications in accordance with Schedule (A) 9 of the rules of racing."
