ALL RULES  of all sport to include horseracing should exist to heal the divide

 BETWEEN NATIONS.     

 

Out going BHA Chief Executive Paul Bittar has proved beyond all shadow of doubt that the true Bloodhorse Literate British and Global Rules of Horseracing do not exist. The "government's Bloodhorse Illiterate Whip Rules were place within the British Rules of Horseracing in October 2011 and have been allowed to remain there by government chief executive Paul Bittar ever since." An unacceptable error of huge significance.

 

This sport of horseracing is found to be existing worldwide without any "True Bloodhorse Literate Global Horseracing Rules to include Interference Rules.  Is it any wonder then, that we hear almost daily in the news, some horseracing, horsemen or other being convicted by government for unsound bloodhorse illiterate unjust crime or other of which there have been numerous harsh punishment dished out condemning true horsemen ever since, ongoing over the last three years.   

 

Our Queen Elizabeth 11, her grand- daughter Zara Phillips, Monty Roberts, Kelly Marks and family Peter Scudamore are needed to set out “True Bloodhorse Literate Global Rules Of Horseracing to include Whip and Interference Rules", and to resurrect Paul Bittar’s “Bloodhorse Illiterate Whip Rules, with "True Bloodhorse Literate Horseracing Whip Rules.
