IN-FORM KIRBY HALTED BY SEVEN-DAY BAN

“IN-FORM Flat jockey Adam Kirby yesterday complained of the “slur on my character” after he was given a seven-day suspension by the BHA’s disciplinary panel which ruled on a riding performance that had escaped the attention of the raceday stewards at Kempton last month.

“I don’t prevent horses from winning,” said Kirby, 24, who rode 119 winners in Britain last – year including Royal Ascot scorer Reckless Abandon – and holds a sizeable lead in the race to become champion all-weather jockey.

“Kirby said he would continue an appeal after being banned from January 18 to 24, the minimum length of suspension he could receive, after the panel found him guilty of breaching rule (B) 59.4 by not “taking all reasonable and permissible measures” to ensure Pipers Piping obtained the best possible placing."

IN CONTEXT HERE A “Bloodhorse Illiterate Ruling.”  But where is the “Bloodhorse Literate Ruling?”  We saw a “Bloodhorse Illiterate Whip Review carried out throughout 2011 by two BHA bloodhorse illiterate people at considerable expensive, and  cost  to say nothing about the damage caused to so many others to include the horses and their owners. Veterinary Tim Morris and Jamie Stier neither are bloodhorse literate as in context here.
