NEEDING TO USE THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY AS WELL
This
photograph illustrates just how dangerous most motorists are when finding
horses
needing
to use the Public Highway
to weave its way through horses
coming and going on both sides of this narrow country road in these present conditions this road could so easily have a slippery surface, the motorist here is totally obliviously to the dangers he or she is creating.
