We have a Rip Off  British Legal Justice System which serves no one but the  rich and privileged. What is this evil service costing to run a year?   Is anyone allowed to know?  What did the New Rolls Building cost to build? What does it cost to run every day? And what do the people who attempt to work in it get paid?

No true government should  ever have allowed such a legal white elephant as this to get such an evil stranglehold  in the first place. All people with a problem they need true help which should be available for everyone when they need it. Not in ten years time.

Government parties need to start to concentrate together to sort out the state this country is in. To put a stop to their selfish infighting and begin to start work properly together to serve all the people in this country  fairly and reasonably every single day. To stop the present Rip Off Britain culture from getting even worse than it is at present. Working practice that can solve some of the dreadful Rip Off Britain practices that have such an evil stranglehold on all peoples lives every single day at present.

Two true gentlemen who have the peoples interests at heart.

"MEYDAN may have to remove World from Cup
(The world’s  richest race is now in danger of becoming a novelty event. “
JMC Comment: due to British political and horseracing government bloodhorse illiteracy'
A dangerous sport made far, far, far more dangerous when governed by
 the bloodhorse illiterate.

Nicholas Godfrey continues:
“WITH Cheltenham dominating the racing agenda , news from one of America’s most storied racetracks, Del Mar, that it plans to reinstall a dirt surface for the 2015 season understandably passed under the radar.
“Any such development could have serious implications across the rest of the racing world, not least in Dubai, where the world’s richest race is set to take place for the first time in its history without a single US – trained runner.

“So what, you might say to both these developments. Okay, try imagining Cheltenham without an Irish runner. Remember, this is supposed to be the World Cup and while Team British Racing is out in force, Team US racing has only three possibles on the entire Meydan card ….

Side Glance in 'great form' for World Cup

CONNECTIONS of Side Glance are optimistic he can improve on last year's fourth in the Dubai World Cup at Meydan next week.

The Andrew Balding-trained gelding, who runs in the colours of Pearl Bloodstock and will be ridden by Jamie Spencer, returned at 33-1 when chasing home Animal Kingdom 12 months ago.

He is again that price to capture the world's richest race, in which he is due to face Derby winner Ruler Of The World and classy mare The Fugue.
Jamie Spencer: rides Side Glance

Side Glance, who recorded his first Group 1 win in the Mackinnon Stakes at Flemington in November, warmed up for the World Cup by finishing seventh in the third round of the Al Maktoum Challenge this month.

He is being looked after in Dubai by Leanne Masterton, who was crowned Employee of the Year at the Godolphin Stud and Stable Staff Awards last month.

She told the Racing Post: "Side Glance seems in great form. We were really pleased with his run on Super Saturday. He usually needs a prep race after a break just to take a bit of the freshness out of him.

"The training track here is fantastic for a horse like Side Glance as he can be pretty enthusiastic in his work. It's lovely and quiet which makes it easy to keep him switched off and relaxed."

The son of Passing Glance exercised over seven furlongs on turf on Tuesday morning and Masterton, who has worked for the Balding family for 18 years, added: "He will do a good piece of work on the main Tapeta track on Saturday morning then we'll just keep him ticking over doing steady canters until the big day.

"I'm getting very excited now, it's a hot field in the World Cup, but Side Glance never let's us down. He seems to love the Tapeta surface and with a good draw and a bit of luck I really think he has a place chance."

Having recently returned to action in Meydan, the unbeaten Certify is among a glut of nominations from Godolphin, with Artigiano, Maputo and Steeler all possibles.

Fenton faces wait after case adjourned again

TRAINER Philip Fenton will have to wait until at least the middle of May to learn whether he will face trial for possession of anabolic steroids after the case was again adjourned.

The Department of Agriculture revealed last month it had seized two products containing anabolic steroids - and several unprescribed antibiotics - at Fenton's yard two years previously.

The case went before the District Court in Carrick-on-Suir four weeks ago, when Fenton's solicitor Declan Molan was granted an adjournment by Judge Terence Finn to allow for legal submissions. He also suggested he may argue for the case to be heard in a different court......

“The battle scars from a gruelling Cheltenham remain, but Tony McCoy dusted himself down in the manner that befits a perennial champion to ride his 200th winner of a memorable season.

“Whilst last weeks might not have gone according to plan, the 18-time champion jockey will always remember 2013-14 as the campaign when he reached  4,000 career jump wins, and he achieved another milestone courtecy of Donald McCain’s Palermo Don in the bumper, which was run at a dawdle..

“McCoy took to the saddle for the first time since Cheltenham with his batteries  recharged following a mini-break in the Algarve.

“McCoy suffered the heartbreak of choosing the wrong JP McManus-owned horse in the Champion Hurdle and World Hurdle last week but, after two seconds earlier in the card, he finally hit the target on Overturn’s half-brother to register his eighth double-century. ……
