Lord Warner talking about government plans to charge £10.00 per month for everyone to pay to government toward any medical treatment or medical assistance they may or may not need.
 

 Clearly Lord Warner has scant knowledge about Government practice that of paying medical doctor  practices ‘  for every person they have on their records each and every year whether those registered people have needed to use a doctor or not.  Yet further proof that the British political, medical and horseracing government systems are not fit for purpose.

 

What sort of government practice is this?  Lord Warner said nothing about their own government program of blatant fraud. Paying Doctors for work they never bother to carry out even, similar to the same in the British Legal Justice System used by solicitors and barristers'  .

 

 British dark age government malpractice littered across all their departments out in the real world. Throwing tax payers money away to the medical profession. To the legal justice system.

"The Queen is will visit Pope Francis at the Vatican on April 3, Buckingham Palace has confirmed. The Queen will be accompanied by Prince Philip and the Royal visit will be her first overseas trip for three years.

"The Queen will visit with Pope at the Vatican after meeting the Italian President, Giorgio Napolitano, at the presidential palace in Rome. "

A spokesperson for the Palace told The Catholic Herald that the Queen was “very keen” to meet with Pope Francis during her visit to Italy and it was also confirmed that the Pontiff will break with tradition by welcoming the Queen to the Domus Sanctæ Marthæ, the boarding house where he resides, rather than the Papal state apartments inside the Apostolic Palace.
