"BHA IN RADICAL OVERHAUL OF NOVICE CHASES ."

Is anyone allowed to know if this is to be a "Bloodhorse Literate" radical overhaul ?  Or a "Bloodhorse Illiterate" radical  overhall?

What are the names of the people the BHA intend to use to carry out this "Radical Overhaul?" Will it be Veterinary Tim Morris, Jamie Stear and Paul Bittar, all bloodhorse illiterate?  We all have the right to know.

We do have some seriously highly skilled true professional "Bloodhorse Literate"  jump race trainers left still in British Jump Racing. The BHA cannot continue on ignoring their daily rights and needs and those of the horses placed in their care.

No wonder the trainers are alarmed. To leave an already seriously dangerous state of affairs within jump racing  as is now due to the BHA'S  failed working practices on the "Bloodhorse Literacy" level. Now to take one further step in the wrong direction  they will find themselves dicing with other peoples lives to include the horses,  until they get done for  "Bloodhorse Iliterate Murder ".  Every one has a right to know these key factors.
