WHERE IS THE WORLD WIDE HUMANITARIAN  ZONE?

J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Factfile

PAUL BITTAR Chief Executive to leave British political, legal, racecourse and horseracing government, and will step down early next year.
Bittar the bloodhorse illiterate man who does not belong in the True British Equus Zone, the man who took up this post in 2011 messing up big time over the British Bloodhorse Illiterate Whip Rules, rules that he placed illegally within the British Rules of Horseracing. Illegal Rules that have remained over the last three years to stand illegally. Rules for which British jockeys have been severely punished.

The second thing Bittar has messed up big time over is what is known illegally as the Al Zarooni steroids scandal. Bittar did not bother to check out the difference between the Medication Zone and the Dope Zone, he preferred to take the easy option, to stand back and watch while Al Zarooni was abused, had his career trashed and his life left in total ruin, illegally.

It could be said that Bittar is a waste of space, a bloodhorse illiterate impostor. That the huge yearly income he has been paid, income that he has accepted has placed him now through his failure to sort out a True Equus Whip Rule together with his failure to stop Al Zarooni being blamed for something that was not his fault, but the bungled incompetence of the British political, legal, racecourse and horseracing government.  Bittar and the people who have employed him have committed both a moral outrage and a Criminal Act price tag inclusive on both counts: For allowing a false Whip Rule to be placed in the British Rules of Horseracing (2011) and for trashing the life and times of Al Zarooni .
