BANNISHED RIDER’S EMOTIONAL INTERVIEW
PAGES 6-7
"Lynch: my shame over racefixing."
Repentant jockey seeks chance to make up for wrongdoing in Britain.
J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Factfile
INTERVIEW
Steve Dennis talks to an older and wiser Fergal Lynch about living with the consequences of a dishonest, disastrous decision.
“There’ll never be closure, and it’s my own fault, but I would relish, would really appreciate, a second chance’.
What can anyone say or do at this particular moment in time for Fergal Lynch?
"There but for the grace of God go I. "  Any youngster between the age of 13 to 35, I’ll make this 36 in this case, perhaps 40 would be better than 35 so I’ll stick with 40 from now on. Especially as in British horseracing men far more evil than Fergal Lynch are messing up British horseracing and getting away with doing this, sadly every day, reducing horseracing to a shadow of what it is truly all about. Everyone who works in British horseracing at the present time is being abused, Fergal Lynch is not alone. He is just one of many, many others. Could be said the whole lot to include the horses.
This is a young man’s sport, to get led astray in a tough sport is easy as things stand at present, and not only as things stand at present either,   this has been allowed to go on over the last six decades, that’s how bad it is, make no mistake about that.

Should the title to this feature by rights be:
“SHAME ON BRITISH POLITICAL, LEGAL,
 RACECOURSE AND HORSERACING GOVERNMENT

Government’s Criminal Act.
For fraudulently attempting to run what they term to be a multibillion pound horseracing industry as a charity on the cheap without a truly run Equus Zone left ongoing over the last 6 decades for only their own financial gain
The consequences being burdened upon Fergal Lynch and so many others like him. Young men just starting out in their careers needing true guidance, direction and understanding, somewhere decent to live. A decent wage for skills achieved. Not made into convicts as fast as possible to suit evil fraudulent cheating governments.
IT WAS THE MAN MILES ROGERS who committed a Criminal Act in the first place. For deliberately provoking a young jockey to pull a horse for money. If the young were treated right with an up and running true Equus Zone in the first place things like this would not be happening at all. As neither would there be an everlasting muddle and confused situation not knowing the difference between medication and dope.
