"Persad calls for Luck to present Grand National 2015 on C4. Pages 1 and 2."

Yes, yes, yes, Rishi, you to needed with Nick Luck .  And calling for Alice (in wonderland) Plunkett to keep the true balance, now that sadly Clare Balding is unable to take her true place.  Perhaps Emma Spencer as well to balance to uphold the rights and needs of the racehorses and the people who work with the racehorses every day. All those who belong  in the true Racing Right Equus Zone, as Alice, Clare and Emma do.

A BIG YEAR FOR LADBROKES …
“The challenges ahead for the bookmaking giant Page 6.

“Bill Barber on what lies ahead for a company in transition and the wider betting industry.

"Leadership voids and gaming machine double whammy point to a pivotal 12 months.
Pic: Ladbrokes: the high street giant is playing catch-up in the online arena.

Bill Barber  says: “And 2015 promises to be critical for the wider industry generally thanks to the impact of new taxes and regulation and the uncertainty created by May’s general election. “

“FOR Ladbrokes every resent year has been important as one of the most famous names in betting has struggled to keep up with rivals in the online world.

“And 2015 promises to be critical for the wider industry generally thanks to the impact of new taxes and regulation and the uncertainty created by May’s general election.

“However, for Ladbrokes all these issues combine with the need to find a new chief executive as well as the departure of one of the company’s other major names.
“In November it was announced that Nick Rust, the man in charge of Ladbrokes’ retail division, was leaving to become chief executive of the BHA government – a role he takes up on Monday ….. JMC: Nick Rust just another one of the many  before him, imposters accepting a big wage to kick all the true horsemen in the teeth yet again.

This country and all the people cannot afford to go on having costly general election, after costly general election, providing rubbish stuff, more of the same abuse and hardship all the time. None of the hard working British people, the true horsemen deserve to be treated like this any longer. This present 5 year government stint of false promises, and now evil political clap trap, shouting at each other, ripping each other off.  Scoring points off each other. Using the houses of parliament to play their rowdy shouting dodgy games with other people’s lives.  How is anyone supposed to trust the likes of these?

This whole country is in a total mess, and it’s not the poor people’s fault as neither should the poor people be expected to pay off anyone else’s debts.  Debts owed by the dodgy greed of some politicians, the dodgy greed of  some lawyers, the dodgy greed of some bankers, the dodgy greed of some racecourses or the dodgy greed of the British horseracing government. These dodgy people have conveniently lined us all up to pay off  their debts.

"Bridgwater facing BHA government charges after slamming Ludlow stewards."

Lee Mottershead brings news:

“DAVID BRIDGWATER is expected to be charges with actions prejudicial to the good reputation of racing after the BHA took serious exception to his comments following the Ludlow stewards’ decision to ban amateur Jake Launchbury for 21 days on Wednesday.

“Bridgwater described the stewards as ‘idiots’ and questioned their sobriety in the aftermath of the trainer’s Launchbury-ridden Bally Sands throwing away a likely victory when the 16-year-old almost took the wrong course approaching the final fence. The teenager did not seek to excuse himself and admitted to confusing the final fence for the water jump, which is positioned close to the winning line and bypassed on the final circuit.

JMC: IN PERSPECTIVE.
There is only so much ignorant verbal abuse a licensed trainer can take. Just as there is only so much ignorant verbal abuse a 16- year- old amateur rider, just starting out in his career can take. Just as there is only so much ignorant physical and mental abuse a racehorse can take. Bridgwater responded fast to the stewards verbal abuse, deserving Bridgwater’s quick response.

Sounds like Ludlow racecourse need to sort out the positioning of their fences on their chase course, as a matter needing urgent and immediate attention

British stewards actions, or lack of the right actions,  may have got away with murdering racehorses over the last 6 decades.  But they may not find themselves so lucky if murdering horsemen from 2015.
