WEDNESDAY JANUARY 28, RACING POST.

By Rodney Masters
DETTORI AGREES TWO-YEAR DEAL WITH CH4 RACING.
"There has been much speculation regarding Clare Balding's replacement as the face of the Grand National 2015 program on Saturday April 11 with CH4 Horseracing Team, Alice (in wonderland) Plunkett, Nick Luck and Frankie Dettori likely to take centre stage at Aintree this day. The huge fences at Aintree take some jumping especially at racing pace, therefore it is absolutely vital that this meeting has a balanced Racing Right Equus Zone properly presented by top riders, trainers, live. The key objective being to bring the true highly skilled essence that is British horseracing to the general public, taking a much closer look at the skills that make British Jump Racing tick. To introduce further to a world wide audience this one British Aintree Grand National Race 2015. Clare Balding and her team at CH4 have been working to highlight the different face of horseracing from the popular gambling game that horseracing provides. To show the relationship that develops between horse and rider, how fit both need to be to compete at this level. How accurate in action a rider needs to be with his horse to be able to compete at this level in the first place. The bond of trust between horse and rider a major factor for all punters to take on board, before they hand over their hard earned cash to a bookmaker.

Superstar Hokko Tarumae heading to World Cup again
 By Masakazu Takahashi 10:05AM 28 JAN 2015

Japan: Hokko Tarumae (Katsuichi Nishiura/Hideaki Miyuki) will make a return visit to the Dubai World Cup after completing a Grade 1 hat-trick with a repeat victory in the Kawasaki Kinen.

Sent off odds-on favourite, the country's foremost dirt performer raced in fifth before being sent for home at the top of the straight and going on to score easily by three-quarters of a length over Kazenoko, who lunged late.
