A Horsemen's Group needs to be what it states it is, a true Horsemen's Group there
needs to be a carefully constructed balance of top horsemen such as eg: John (greatest jockey) (bloodhorse literate equus ) Francome. Maybe the main home base of same
needs to be at Oaksey House Lambourn, to join up later within the New Palace House development going on in Newmarket , would be good, both these if geared up together properly could pick up on the key thread that is the pioneering bloodhorse literacy zone and carry it through into the future a mega step forward in the right direction.
Such a Group needs to handle all true
bloodhorse literate equus issues . To remove them from where they are now
within the bloodhorse illiterate British Horseracing Government (BHA) and place
them instead within Oaksey House. Where they can be properly sorted out and understood.
