A slow walk off the bridle to relax a horse after working
A medium walk on the bridle asking a horse to pay attention and respond
An extended walk on the bridle asking a horse to consentrate and respond
 
 
At the trot on the bridle the paces are:
A sitting trot on the bridle (a slow trot)
A rising trot on the bridle (a medium trot)
An extended trot on the bridle (a faster trot)
 
 
At the canter on the bridle the paces are:
A hack canter on the bridle (Steady canter)
 A swinging canter on the bridle
 as pic shows allowing a horse to stride on a bit faster,
but not to gallop


At the gallop on the bridle the paces are:
A steady half pace on the bridle
A strong half pace on the bridle
A threequarter speed on the bridle
