Bookmaker Zone
Ralph Topping for William Hill
TOPPING UP
(Racing Post Tuesday December 4th 2012)
William Hill chief Ralph Topping delivers a warning to racing over pictures in betting shops in a hard-hitting Bill Barber interview.
"I can
see a William Hill chief executive having to make a decision in four or five years'
time whether racing needs to be covered live in betting shops with pictures'.
"WIN-win
is a phrase William Hill chief executive Ralph Topping uses a heck of a lot.
"And
it's a phrase he uses to describe the relationship he wants to see develop
between the bookmaking industry and racing.
"However,
he believes the two sides are reaching a crossroads in that relationship and if
something isn't done to foster that mentality then there will be consequences
for both the sport and the people who bet on it."
J Margaret Clarke Turfcall Comment
There have been massive consequences already ongoing over the last six decades, with racing and bookmakers' not recognising the Bloodhorse Literacy Equus Zone at all, causing poverty and dreadful horrific hardship to both the true professional horsemen and horsewomen to include the horses.
Ralph
Topping is pushing his luck in stating he only recognises two parties involved
within British horseracing "racing and bookmaking." Just how vague and selfish is a statement as this?
THE BRITISH
EQUUS ZONE VITAL BLOODHORSE LITERACY ZONE
TO INCLUDE THE HORSES AND THEIR OWNERS
The first Zone, the Equus Zone due to the fact that there would be no British
horseracing without all the true professional bloodhorse literate professional horsemen and horsewomen who go to work each and every
day at the dangerous sharp end of horseracing to include the horses, through thick
and thin. Why are all these people being overlooked and abused by the government and the bookmakers ongoing over the last 60 years?
THE BRITISH PUNTER ZONE VITAL FOR THE DAILY ONGOING GAMBLING EXPERIENCE
The second Zone, the Punters Zone ongoing over 6 decades bring the money into racing. While the Government Zone and the Bookmaker Zone take the money out of racing. In huge revenue and in huge gambling monies going into the greedy hands of government, and bookmakers, taken out of racing. Leaving the unrecognised Equus Zone to exist in poverty. It could be said that in British horseracing Rip of Britain Embezzlement is aided through the Bloodhorse Illiterate. Through ignorance.
How and why have British government over 6 decades allowed such a situation as this to develop?
OTHER KEY ZONES
EQUUS ZONE?
PUNTERS ZONE?
RACECOURSE ZONE ?
BOOKMAKERS ZONE?
BRITISH
POLITICAL GOVERNMENT ZONE?
BRITISH
HORSERACING GOVERNMENT ZONE ?
BREEDING ZONE
OWNERS 'ZONE
BRITISH LEGAL JUSTICE ZONE?
EUROPIAN LEGAL JUSTICE ZONE?
CATERING ZONE
A similar
financial greed stance as the British political and horseracing government's, medieval dictatorship
shoving all the Bloodhorse Literate
Equus Zone achievers,
pre -judging them and plonking them as of no account under the title " Stud and Stable
Staff ". There is no foundation career structure, no wage structure nothing that embraces expertize whatsoever.
No, no, no - the true racing product is the pictures as a whole. Without those pictures British horseracing will be severely handicapped if betting shops are to be run to exclude pictures these will be Rip Off Britain Embezzlement tactics. Racing is all about pictures and the people to include the horses whose work make such pictures possible. All picture rights, copyrights are earned each day by what is left of the true British Bloodhorse Literate Equus Zone, not the student learner handler riders, (Grade C) Zone, but the true top professional horsemen who have achieved bloodhorse Literacy in their own right. (Grade A) Zone.
On Saturday we were able to watch the TINGLE CREEK Chase hosted by Sandown Park racecourse. If we could not go to Sandown Park Ch4 Horseracing Team brought it to us at home live on television. We were able to observed, to enjoy the thrill and the joy of how that race panned out to be, of how all the runners had been prepared for this race, ongoing over months and months of hard work envolving highly skilled handler riders working within trainer teams, working at the very top of their profession within the EQUUS ZONE . An Equus Zone not even recognised by the estimated 95 percent bloodhorse illiterate people worldwide.
