Tears and anger as Kauto Star makes exit

PAUL NICHOLLS  “Unfortunately, the people Clive hasn’t consulted or asked for advice are the people who have been looking after Kauto for nearly nine years, namely Clifford Baker, Dan Skelton, Donna Blake, Rose Loxton and the whole of Team Ditcheat. The first most of them knew about Clive’s plan was when he spoke on Saturday.

JMC TURFCALL COMMENT

 EQUUS ZONE
CLIFFORD BAKER, KAUTO STAR'S true professional bloodhorse literate handler rider minder, who since 2004 when KAUTO first came into training, and on throughout and to date over these last 8 years, every day CLIFFORD is the horseman who has been there for KAUTO STAR teaching him everything he knows, and everything KAUTO has needed to know throughout his highly successful racing career.

Which is indeed a massive task to take on in the first place, a massive achievement. An achievement that goes unrecognised by an estimated 95 percent of all people living worldwide today who are found to be bloodhorse illiterate.  As indeed is KAUTO STAR'S owner Clive Smith. A dreadful wrench for Team Nicholls Ditcheat, including same for Paul Nicholls.

One is jolted into asking, was such a wrench as this really necessary? Was it a bloodhorse literate decision? Or was it a bloodhorse illiterate decision? Sounds like it was KAUTO'S owner Clive Smith's decision, so it will have been at the end of the day a bloodhorse illiterate decision.

Is such a step as this one, to move KAUTO STAR on into a life within the invironment of dressage right for KAUTO?  Is a dressage career now, in the life and times of KAUTO'S in  KAUTO'S best interest?

KAUTO STAR
Was born in March 2000, so he is 12 years old now in 2012

Last Saturday at Aintree we watched as Sam Twiston Davies partnering HELLO BUD to a stylish win in the 2.10 Betfred Becher Handicap Chase (Listed Race ) (Class 1) Winner £61, 897.00. Sam, interviewed afterwards by C4 Jim McGrath spoke up about HELLO BUD'S brilliant performance, and that HELLO BUD is now 14 years old, that he is brilliant to ride, just the same as he has always been. SAM loves HELLO BUD no way would Sam hurt him or ask him to do anything impossible. Sam Twiston-Davies has achieved true bloodhorse literacy states in his own right.

FACTS and SUGGESTIONS

KAUTO STAR is two years younger than HELLO BUD.

When a racehorse retires the decision on how that horse is to spend his retirement has to be a bloodhorse literate decision.

We hear every day the chant of the 95 percent bloodhorse illiterate dreaming up an imaginary horse heaven  retirement for KAUTO STAR to be spent turned out in some dreamed up environment like a paddock full of beautiful sweet, sweet luscious green green grass. An imaginary scenario.  There is no such place in reality for KAUTO as that. Not in this world. One is left to ask would KAUTO like that different life-style? Or would KAUTO feel neglected and bored wth such a radical change?

KAUTO STAR has achieved celebrity status in his career in turf jump racing. Therefore he has a massive media role to play within horseracing now, not dressage. People want to see KAUTO as they wanted to see ALDANITI (gelding) and DESERT ORCHID (gelding) FRANKEL and SEA THE STARS  have both gone to stud.

KAUTO STAR'S home is at Ditcheat with all the people who love him and care for all his daily needs, and have done over the last 8 years, the people who KAUTO knows loves and trusts. From this base environment KAUTO can go out to meet up with his media fans wherever, and whenever.

For the rest of the time KAUTO can be used as a LEAD HORSE at Ditcheat to guide and bring confidence to all the young horses just starting out on the racing road, to show each and every one of them that there is nothing to be frightened about.

 EQUUS ZONE

BLOODHORSE ILLITERATE OWNERS

Due to the fact that the British political and horseracing government have totally ignored the rights and the needs of Equus Zone personnel, true professional bloodhorse literacy achievers in their own right, over the last six decades.

All bloodhorse illiterate racehorse owners have had no guidance as to what an Equus Zone is all about at all, over the last 60 years. Because the bloodhorse illiterate British horseracing government are all bloodhorse illiterate themselves, not fit for purpose. A danger to themselves and to the horses, and to the owners.  Not fit to take any position at all in the daily running of a vital, key British  EQUUS ZONE  in horseracing government at all.

BRITAIN'S KEY VITAL HORSERACING EQUUS ZONE, WHERE IS IT?
IS ANYONE ALLOWED TO KNOW?

WHY DOES A VITAL KEY BRITISH HORSERACING  EQUUS ZONE NOT EXIST?

WHY HAS SUCH AN EQUUS ZONE BEEN OVER LOOKED ONGOING OVER THE LAST 6 DECADES?

A BRITISH GOVERNMENT'S IGNORANCE A SCANDAL BEYOND ALL BELIEF

No wonder Rip Off Britain is contaminating and blighting so many peoples daily lives as it proceeds to gallop out of control, rough shod over billions of hardworking British peoples lives.

Every person considering becoming a British racehorse owner needs all the full bloodhorse literacy facts before purchasing a thoroughbred horse bred for racing. As here this issue shows Clive Smith has absolutely no idea as to what he has done wrong.

CLIVE SMITH has snubbed and deeply hurt Team Nicholls each and every one of them, he has made an unacceptible move through ignorance striking out in one foul swoop all the highly skilled work that has been achieved over the last 9 years by Team Nicholls of no account, because he is bloodhorse illiterate himself. And knows no better.

British horseracing needs to get real, stuff like this has no place anywhere in the world. in any countries horseracing experience.

Monty Roberts work and his words ring out clear and true around the world "Who is going to appologize to the species, for all these centuries of doing things the wrong way?"

Some may say, well that has nothing to do with this KAUTO STAR issue. It does it has everything to do with this KAUTO STAR issue, the saddest part being that over the last 9 years Smith has been totally unaware as to the standard and care of the highly skilled horsemen and horsewomen who have worked behind the scenes with KAUTO STAR, Smith has absolutely no idea of any of this, he does not appear to anyway, if he did he would not have done any of this or said any of this at all. Would he? Or would he?
